well I found out that the head was also dammaged, and the labor to pull and fix is about 12 hours. So why have one head new and one with 90,000. I am going to try and find a 3.0 and the heads. Now here is what i am thinking!
Should I spend about $2000 for a new motor or find a used (but were)motor for around $700-$1000. Before I put the motor in I will get the headers, and a chip. Were should I get the chip from as well. Well thanks for the help.
I want the much power as possible with the stock motor and good CR. (for boost later.)
