Jjennings,
have you tried a smaller resistor for the IAT mod? If the 100K ohm advances the timing enough to cause major pinging, why not try a 20k ohm, then a 40K ohm etc., so that you get max performance on 91 octane with no pinging for everyday use? Then drop in the 100k Ohm resistor and octane boost for track use.
Any dyno numbers you can show us?
