PATS is going to be the biggest issue. You'll either have to have a dealer program keys for the PCM, or get a chip programmed to disable PATS.

Not sure about the cluster, but you'll have to buy more O2 sensors mad Two more at $85 a piece.

I'm sure there's more, but can't think of anything else this early (west coaster here).
