I used a Mitutoyo Digital micrometer, accurate out to .01 mm, +-.005 mm.
The reason for the variation was because the diameter for the runners was not the same in both the x and y axes. Therefore if they were more eliptical then I put down the full range. The SVT upper manifold can be expected to be eliptical because of how the Xtrude honing forces putty through the tube.

I looked at them and for the first picture of the dual honed manifold, I came up with the following two measures, one low and one high:
lower estimate: 14/32" + 27/32" = 41/32" = 1.18125" = 32.54mm
higher estimate: 14/32" + 28/32" = 42/32" = 1.3125" = 33.34mm
For the second link with the stock port I came up with the following:
11/32" + 28/32" = 39/32" = 1.219" = 30.96mm
Now compare that with the post that I made concerning the measurements on my manifold outlet port diameters. For the secondary outlet port I listed a range that was:
32.8 - 33mm or roughly 33mm overall
Compare that with the measurements from the picture of the dualhoned upper that I just calculated:
32.5-33.3mm or avg.= 32.94 or roughly 33mm.
By my book, that is the same as my measurements, and should serve to lend support to the measurements that I made.
