New fuel rail, fuel pump, new wiring harnesses, custom PCM programming (maybe new PCM?), a couple sensors, different fuel vapor system?, probably a few more things. Making the change from returnless to return is much easier. You sure this isn't what you saw posted? 2000 SVT #674 - Check it out! Whoever coined the phrase; "If it ain't broke; don't fix it" ~ Just doesn't get it...
