You know it buddy Ive taken a pic of every screw and every spot a part belongs. I have over 100 pics and Im just getting started. I do have the Ford CD rom but its a bit confusing Im looking into it and checking out the cam assembly. You are totally right I just took off the valve covers and its time to jump in the deep end. I have some help from a fellow Ceger helping me with removing the cams I will be using a sharpie to label the correct displacement for the cams but i still dont see why I shold do this when I will be running SVT cams anyways.. Im looking into the hardest part of all as we speak. Im thinking of senging my LIM and my 3L heads to be machine matched and P&P. This is hard because as all you know the 99 block has primary and secondary intakes and the 2001 block doesnt. So i need to match them in order for this puppy to pur. Im glad you are helping me out along the way man this means alot to me. I cey mike i think you should leave your .02 cents in your pocket Ive had enough criticism from people and its time for me to prosper. To everyone that helps me I extend a gratifying thanks and I know this is what being part of a organization or enthusiasts is all about. Keep up te good work guys as I am doing.

motivation is all it really takes some people think something is beyond them to do but really they are probably just too scared or lazy to try.

-Terry m scott I applaude you for doing the unbelievable, but I think it's not about being lazy or unmotivated to try, it's about wasting valuable time, resources, and money on a project that you have no knowledge about. Granite, you dont need to be a rocket scientist to build an engine, but you must have some type of techinical aptitude and background for this kind of work. I hope it works out for you!

Hey I puled both valve covers off and im going to mark the cams and camshafts and remove them first. after that im removing the heads and tehm all the otehr b/s that is still on it. Im pondering on sending the heads and lower intake manifold to extrude hone to be p&p and matted to match and seal perfectly. any ideas where I can get this done under a grand?

The biggest satisfaction Sam will have wont be the surge of power as the tach sweeps into the unknown, but knowing he did it on his own!

Once again I thank all of you guys for egging me on and I am working on it little by little each day so hopeflly in 2 minths i will have it completed. I am giving such a long end date becuase of a shortage of funds I have. When I recieve funds I will be sending the LIM and 3L heads to jiako so his mechaninc can do the matting and change all the necessary things that he did in order to have a smooth burn. Then after I get it back from him In sending the heads to extrude hone for I have a buddy that is getting me a great deal for P&P. after that I dont have planned yet.. I need some designs on the modded fuel rain and specs so I can start getting an idea as to how i am gonig to put it together. as for everything else Ill ask if i need help peace for now. sam
