Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that the OHV Vulcan 3.0? Remember, the Taurus/Sable came with 2 3L motors: a pushrod POS and the DOHC Duratec.
EDIT: Nevermind, it says right in the description that it is the OHV motor. Look at me, I'm all proud I figured it out just by looking at the pictures.
