Zero, We have plans to offer fully built 3L engines, in different stages. As far as installing them, that will still be up to you to find a shop to do the install, or do it yourself. Even if/when we get to the point of being able to open a shop to do installs/mods/tuning, it will be in CA, and I dont know if that would help you.
