I'm pretty sure the TB will be big enough (plus it was free) if not, I can always sell it off and stick a 70MM on there. Besides the UIM can only be hogged out so far- ask Brad with his 70MM. As far as a maf goes- 80MM with the post cut out.
For those on injectors, the reason I'm going 42lb is that I'm not going to use the vortech fmu to boost my pressure up to 80 psi until I have to and by then I'll have replaced all the stock rubber connections which aren't safe at that level of pressure. 42 is what all the math calculations came up with for our projected HP output of 400+ at the crank. Our eventual goal by the end of summer is 500+.
Stock rods are one of the known weak links in the engine. The pistons themselves are pretty beefy.
