Hmm I like the idea of a scoop. I can live with that. It could help pull the heat out as well.

As to Warmongers question. I have 170 hp 2.5 so yeah its a good upgrade. And there is no substitution for cubic inches. laugh

That was a Rhetorical question, and meant for the SVT owner. wink

However, you are correct. No matter which combination you drop in you will be happy. However, if you know now whether you want forced induction or not, then you can make some better choices. If no forced induction is in your future, then using your 2.5L setup with appropriate preparation with the bigger block will give the higher compression.
