I'm a new member of the "E-Manager" tuners club! ......I'm armed with my unit, instructions, Warmonger's notes, and a soldering iron and this weekend it will be done What I really, badly need now is the computer interface cable and software....Warmonger, is there anyway you could work with your partner on getting me the cable and software without me having to wait for the group buy(considering it could be a while)? Thanks either way!!

I will work as fast as I can to get cables to you. I haven't been able to do it because of the move.
Brad: I am on I-44 halfway between Springfield and St. Louis. Near Waynesville (i.e. Ft. Leonard Wood) Check a map and determine how close that is and where we could meet up.
monkey, good luck on the install.

By the way.
The guy from mkiv.com is offering a group buy for the GReddy unit of $295 or something like that. I just want to put in a good word for him since I have done business with him before and he has been good on his word. Those of you who want to purcase one should probably go through him. You can find a link to his site on my web page.

War, Thanks for all the hard work on this. I'm trying to get some dyno time on Sunday; I'll post results soonest.....I would have loved to get in on the unit group buy, but didn't find out until after mine was already shipped. By the way, enjoy Ft. "Lost in the Woods" ......I'll be up there for a week in Sept for school.

Looks like K.C. would be in the middle. Wonder when those guys will have something again... Maybe a drag meet at KCIR once I get my Emanage installed...

Sorry about the delays!
Many of you know that I have moved, and that has set me back quite a bit. Well, my Partner has also been moving, though not so far. He has moved into a new house and is still not unpacked yet. I am 1300 miles from all of my stuff so I cannot assemble anything. My partner will do assembly until I get some stuff shipped out to me.
This means that the second batch of cables which was previously delayed because of parts shortages is now delayed due to lack of time/workspace for assembly. It will not last forever, but please be understanding. The cables have the first priority.
It has 'ahem' come to my attention that the software is now floating around, probably for free. Talk to those people who are interested in the eManage because I 'believe' that some of them already have it and will probably "...help a brother out..."
As far as the ignition module. There is no new update. The project is second in priority until enough cables can be produced to satisfy the initial wave of purchasers. Then the ignition module project will proceed forward. As I have already stated: "It DOES work!" but there is only one in existence at this time and it is not fully tested.
The method is as follows: -Conceptualize -Invent and Test -Build prototype -Test again(this is where we are now) -Make changes/Improvements to design/retest -Finalize design -Produce/QC test -Market/Sell
Be patient and all will be well. You other pioneers who want to play with your own superchargers, nitrous, and turbos will be well rewarded by the wait. Those of you who know about our previous work such as the Sunroof Control Module can attest to its quality and reliability. Let us do the job right.
BTW: I only have a 28.8 connection and almost no time to get on these days. My messages will be sparse, but I will still keep up with my PM's. Just PLEASE read here first. Those of you who have been contacted already know where you stand as far as the SUPPLY list.
Thanks for your understanding,
Tom

Tom....Thanks for all the really hard work! As far as my install goes..it hasn't. I was called to duty this weekend (was originally an alternate, but the primary got sick;. It always seems to work that way ). Looking to have the unit in by this Sunday (hopefully). One question, I was planning on mounting the unit onto the firewall, inside the cabin, just to the left and bellow the PCM. Do you see any problem cutting away the deadening and mounting it directly to the metal or should I make some sort of bracket and mount it away from the metal (better airflow, less vibration, etc..)? Don't worry about your audience being patient; we've followed you this far and you've made us into true believers

Thanks.
I vibration is always bad for electronics, it is just a matter of how much and how long. You should have no trouble mounting it there however.

I know you won't have to do a whole lot of marketing either Tom... People that understand being a pioneer takes time will know how it goes...
"It works!" Tom exclaims.
"We must have it!" We all scream.
"It's not ready to sell." Tom says.
"Give it to me anyway!" We all shout.
"But it's only a first editi..." Tom starts to explain.
"Don't care!" We interrupt. "Hand it over..."
"No, you don't understand. It's a pre-production piece that..." Again, Tom's interupted while explaining.
"Look, just put the cables down, take the money, and slowly back away from the E-Manage before anyone has to hurt you punk!" We all demand.
This could go on for a while... sorry for the useless post... boring Saturday morning at work... :p
