I added the rear light along with a number of others and can say its a very easy mod. Just make sure you use a sharp exacto knife so you don't have any jagged edges. The mount/hole already exists in the roof of the car so its hard to go wrong with where it mounts...sort of like a template I guess.
I've also added the display for my processor(stereo) to the front of my headliner just above the front light...Email me and I'll send you a pic.
As for putting lights in the C pillars that would be a much bigger job than adding the Mystique dome light. And it might not look quite as stock.
