I don't know what the part number is on my SVT FPR, but I know the pressure measurements because I am playing with that all the time. It is possible that 1999 contours all use the same FPR.
I know that with earlier 95 & 96's, people were reporting 39psi idle and 45psi WOT.

Best thing to do is check your fuel pressure at idle and hit the throttle and record the two values. If you are 39 and 45 psi, then get the other FPR.
