I don't know what the part number is on my SVT FPR, but I know the pressure measurements because I am playing with that all the time. It is possible that 1999 contours all use the same FPR. I know that with earlier 95 & 96's, people were reporting 39psi idle and 45psi WOT.
Best thing to do is check your fuel pressure at idle and hit the throttle and record the two values. If you are 39 and 45 psi, then get the other FPR.

Jumpin in a little late, but...
How accurate is the OBD-2 FPR voltage to pressure conversion? I saw in the manual you could use the FPR variable voltage and a chart to convert this voltage to a pressure...

Can't you guys just get an aftermarket adjustable FPR? It seems like it would make things easier. I don't know whether they make one but I would assume someone does. Just a thought....correct if I'm wrong...
