If they are the ones you sold me, the P/N is F5DE-base?-B5A.

Nope, those are from the '98 engine. The '99's had the newer style electrical connector on them.

Do the new mustangs use the same style returnless 24lb injectors we can use too?

Probably much easier to find a set of "take offs" from them right?

Cobra 4.6's use 24's, 2 valvers use 19's unless they changed something since the ones in our '00 GT.

What is the difference between the 99 and 00/01 Taurus injectors?

Brad - I found your post saying you'd taken the pics, but I couldn't find the actual pics.

Since Webshots no longer allows direct pictures, you must use a link. See my Webshots folder here. Originally, I had the blue one from the 3 liter marked as a 19pph unit, but was later corrected that it was a 24pph unit so I changed the picture to be correct. I don't know what any of the injectors look like past '99 for the 3 liters as all of mine have been '98 or '99 engines. The '99's are different than the '98's though in that the electrical connectors and fuel rail connectors match the newer 2.5 returnless style of injector, even though the '99 3 liters are a return type fuel system. The '98 3 liter 24's match the return style 2.5 injectors.

So a stock 3.0L Duratec comes with 24lb injectors? wasnt it thought they came with 19lb injectors? man.... oh well. No biggie i guess... I still need to order 19lb return injectors for my 2.5L buildup, but when I do my 3.0L buildup I will definitely have to use 24lb injectors....

What injectors should I consider for 24lb?

Accel?
FRPP?
RCEngineering?
or some used OEM Ford?

Also, would you guys be willing to buy the higher priced named brand injectors?

Hey, when are you looking at getting those 19's? I will be swapping to 24's in about a month (some parts on backorder) and will have a set of returnable 19's from my E0 that I'd be willing to give up cheap. PM me if you are interested.

I don't like used injectors from any Joe Blow from ebay, but trusted members on the CEG sites would be O.K. I got a couple of sets of new injectors from Ebay though that have worked out fine. I too will be selling a set of 19's soon... It doesn't really matter much which brand they are as long as they are in good clean condition and have new o-rings on them...
