Brad, I'm having trouble finding the discussion where that clearance issue came up.
Besides SVTNupe's 3.0 in progress, has anyone else done a complete long block swap yet (save the UIM), or is everybody running 2.5 heads right now?

Nobody's completed a complete 3.0 long block swap that I know of, several more in the works though. The 3 liters that I have assembled/disassembled use the exact same rear aluminum valve cover with a very similar one on the front, save for the WP drive hole. The heads are of very similar castings, measuring the same height, width (save for one oil return passage on the rear of each bank) and will have no different fitment issues.

My engine will be the 3L block and heads. Everything else is from my SVT motor.

So exactly how many 3.0 tours have been produced by Haines Motorsports?
