Everything '96 and after Contours are OBD-II, including Micah's.
FWIW, car-part.com had some lower intake manifolds (which you will need to use with the newer injectors) complete for around $40+. You'll need to extend the rubber lines a couple of inches as the newer rails are a little bit to short for a direct swap to your car.
