I measured them, and they are the same size, at least on my two motors. I wouldn't advise switching them because they are broke in to fit the cams. The ones from the other heads may have worn in a different manner when breaking in.

i.e. if you lost one, then use one from the 3.0 to replace, otherwise don't bother.
