Well, I tried it. I'll try anything to get my car to stop stuttering! It did make a difference...didn't stop the stuttering but, seemed to "smooth" it a little. Weird.
Anyway, the yellow wire is the 5v ref, the brown wire is ground and the other is ...the other To gain some adjustability I just filed the threads of the two screws in the area where it passes through the TPS leaving the threads that go into the TB alone. I adjusted it to .98v at rest.
I didn't notice much more than the alteration of my annoying stutter. stuttering

Oh well...I'll figure it out some day...injectors maybe.

I appreciate the support on this one anti-rice... I really do. I have been so busy lately, out of town and what not that I still haven't had a chance to do this! I will do it some time this week and post my results.

Actually, this seems like it would be a good thing to do if yu install the Pro-M fuel optimizer. It seems the fuel optimizer loweres the voltage and creates a very low idle rpm. I have an optimizer on the way and I will let everyone know what I think after the optimizer is installed. I read a review of the optimizer and it lowered the voltage to about .50. Dunno, I'll let you all know and I think it is a mod worth trying despite the differences in opinions.

Umm... 2112. No offense, but you do realize that you're supposed to turn the knobs on the optimizer until the car runs right, don't you? You can't just plug it in and expect it work automatically.

Frank, yup I kind of figured that...but I read on a post that some have experienced the maf dropping the idle TB voltage to below .5. I attribute this to the change in resistance from the optimizer, and the change in voltage as small as it may be, could cause the lower tb voltage reading. The optimizer has nothing to do with the tb but the two are dependent on eachothers signals at the PCM. I hope this makes sense.
