I have the ground control. If your not gonna get the Koni or some good struts dont get them. With proper tuning the ride is great. Some people will complain about it but I have no idea what there complaining about. Im riding almost all the way down. 3/4" from the bottom of the spindle and with the struts correctly set its not to bad at all. Sure its a suspension so you feel all the stuff in the road but thats a given. The ride is much better then my friends 98 Integra with coilovers not anywhere near as slammed as my car, my friends Golf, my friends Focus. both pretty slammed. I like them a lot. Car rides like its on rails, no body roll to speak of.
Here is a pic, not quite as slammed as it is right now but you get an idea. It goes about an inch a 1/4 lower.
