tommorow will be 4 weeks and still have no clue as to where he is, the norfolk police don't seem to want to take this seriously. I saw a couple of you are heading to Norfolk, we believe he is still around the Willouby(sp?) Spit area, around Oceanview Ave. He fishes near the Hampton Roads tunnel, if you are in that area please keep a look out for him. I am going to try to post a pic here of him, but not sure how to do it. He is supposed to be on the Va and national computer, but don't know if that is availible to the public...if anyone can help with posting his pic please e-mail me at the addy listed in original message.
