Smoothy: the thought has crossed my mind to sell her but: she is the first brand new bike I have ever owned (followed closely by the Duc, then the R1 a year later) I am a compulsive buyer..I like bikes so I go off and do stupid stuff like buy everything I like LOL....back to the Buell.
It is a S1W (white Lightning) all black, special ored one of 1500built (only made in 1998 so never will it happen again). My bro made all of the billet aluminum parts on it for me, shifter assembly, brake assembly, reinforcement bracket between engine and tranny....and an aluminum dash. Two weeks after we finished putting her back together he died in a motorcycle accident...so the bike is a reminder of the times we had. I cannot sell her.....but I know of one almost as nice as mine I can put you in touch with its owner. He just bought an XB9R (new Buell) and needs to sell his Black S1W....let me know......
