One of our company trucks has a piece of anodized metal tubing that can be wrapped like a coil around a cooling/heating line going to the heater coil. As the engine warms up, the fluid heats up and defrosts the line and sprays really warm water on the windshield, which not only defrosts the washer nozzle but also defrosts the windshield. It works incredible.... I've been trying to find one forever!!

oops sorry

svt24v@yahoo.com

heated seat works real well.
no how too since it depends on what kind of heater you get.

I have it hooked up to my rear window defroster swicth with a relay and 30 amp fuse. I used Saab seat pads and had to wire it up so it was either on or off. It takes about 2 mins to start to feel it get warm and after about 10 mins it is hot enough that you would want it off. The defroster swicth has a timer built in so after about 10-12 mins.

Looks like a quality piece! Have you tried installing them yet Andy? Just wanting to know if they'll be a drop-in and will fill the current nozzle holes correctly.

These should be a drop in. I am pretty sure i have placed the first order. I ordered them a week ago through batinc. the part # is at the begining of the post. I will keep you guys posted on the fitment. Just in time for spring laugh so these won't be really tested until next winter.
