Conrero also makes reverse lock out knobs that will fit, they are top notch in quality and feel, as the leather is awesome. I have one and will take a pic.

Here's the Conrero--I'd be willing to get rid of it should someone want it.
As I said above, very supple, the leather is top quality. They have many different styles and you could not go wrong with a Conrero product IMO.
