Well I almost got caught by the cops in CSVT a few days ago off Hooes and the Parkway. Luckily I was tipped off by oncoming traffic and moved over to the right lane. The poor sap behind got nailed.
Yesterday I'm driving on Van Dorn exit @ I-495 around dusk and some dude in a early 90's Honda Accord pulls up next to me at the traffic light blaring the sonic booms from his stereo. I glance over and this weenie has a bright green strobe/laser light mounted inside has car that followed the beat of his tunes. I couldn't stop laughing...I think he was having a party in there or something.
