You happen to be driving on low profile street radials. Not large, soft sidewall drag slicks.
Lower tire pressure equals less force pressing the tires contact patch out to the ground and therefore less traction. Plus on top of that it raises your rolling resistance on your leading tires (63% of your weight!) which slows you down as well.
