Lowering the tire pressure of low profile street radials will lessen the contact patch and give you less traction & more rolling resistance.
Run a normal pressure in front & 40psi or more in the rears.
I run at 36/40 at the track. Slip the clutch from around 2500-2800 rpm and go from there.
