Tim - that time was faster than any other SVT at Bandimere (5800ft) @ last years All Ford Day. Most of them were in the mid to upper 16's. It was REAL hot that day with a good bit of wind.

As for altitude, I just finished a trip w/my car to WI. Man, does it pull real hard once I go down 5000 ft in elevation!! Even w/250lbs of stuff and the A/C on it was still faster down there
