Wasup everyone. I just recently purchased a 98 Contour SE (would have liked and SVT but way out of my price range). I have been checking these forums and trying to figure out what I should start adding to my car once I get the money. My question is, out of all these performance upgrades such as intakes, exhausts and especially headers, are any of these things emission legal. I live in a section of Ohio that has the e-check and I want to know what I am getting into before I spend the money on a part that will by any means make my car emissions legal.
