Uh-huh.. Add $5K for the turbo, $2K for the Quaife and installation (better get a heavy-duty clutch while you're at it), and labor to install the Turbo ($2K sound fair?), and you're still tipping the scales at around $24-25K. Kind of ridiculous for a car that has a blue book value of around $8500.
[/b]I'm gonna go out on limb here:
What if RMK has the capablities to do all this work himself, saving thousands in labor for such a crazy project (boosting a 4 door  ) Making his car one of a kind and a total sleeper to those guys in Vette's and Cobra's that think they are to cool? That seems like a nice picture I just painted, 4 door sedan smoking a true sports car. If your looking to just be plain out the fastest car on earth, I agree the car is not he best platform. But thats not what I am after
if your a true enthusiast and cars are your hobby, I would say that a one off car or a car messaged (sp?) to the owner's taste or power is way cooler than any stock American Car (some imports must be excluded)
People do all sorts of crazy things with their money, cars are bad investments period. You have to drive though and you live once, might as well enjoy whats yours.
