Hey Chris, I hit 230 tq on my dyno run with only 5 cylinders so I'm guessing my vortech tq isn't too awfully far off from yours. I'm hoping I can find some time this month to start rebuilding the motor. It's tough to find the motivation right now, but then again, maybe this will be the kick in the pants I need.

That great numbers expectally the tourque. Chris you told me that the 99 return system you would be able to get more hp because of one compression and two it fuel capablities.

I know the cougar has less compression therefore more psi but will you do a 99 svt before selling me the kit so verify the kit works the best on 99svt

Is this going to happen before my purchase?

What psi did ya'll get up to for those numbers?

Thanks Chris

what did you use for this 290FWHP run to manage the engine?[/b]
MSD DIS-4, MSD Digital BTM, 2 MSD Tach adapters, Apexi S-AFC and larger injectors[/b]
You guys need to try out one of these:

It would be nice Steve but I have yet to see anyone crack the Contour code for it. Obviously you won't get all that msd stuff with the kit.

If it's true that we are here to help others, then what exactly are the others here for?

Actually, I hear tweecer is working on the contour code, though they have had a couple of problems, it shouldn't be long. (unless something happened I'm not aware of)

and the only thing MSD can do that a tweecer doesn't, is increase spark energy over the stock system. The tweecer will allow FAR more adjustment to spark timing than the MSD.
