Simon(TH on coffee break!),the diff was good,no chips on the gears etc at all, have to point out to the 'viewers' that the ROD SHIFT transmissions have beefier diff gears than the PRE 2000 cable shift boxes, then the POST 2000 transmissions went back to the same beefy gears as the older rod shift!...if you are in the middle you are scre**d!!!, the synco/blocker rings were shot on second/1st a bit also.Bearing in mind the age etc it was a better trans than most of the cable shift I see.Will also do the two selector forks we discussed to 'smmmooooth the shifts..couple more parts to come in should be done next week...TH
PS I now have 'access' to NEW ROD SHIFT V6 BOXES, NEW pre 2000 cable shift boxes AND 'FOCUS' MTX75's..NEW along with the NON Zetec Focus trans....NEW
