well, after fighting, the car is back. buh! 15.82 @ 89.12mph best run.
I lost to a integra, some neon , a mustang but beat a lexus is or gs whatever 300, the wagony thing
oh well.
*fixed* 1998.5 Contour SE Zetec No Cat, SVT Dual Exhaust, 2 N1 Mufflers, IAT , Diablo Chip, Iceman Intake, Polished TB, "new tranny"
Various other crap, no more mods for a while, just moved.

Pretty good time for stock. I wish my car was lighter but then I would have to get rid of all the luxurys.

hey it still counts as a mod.... sheesh.  just one problem, when i drive the car stays in the middle on the temp gauge , but when i get on it a bit it starts to go up, today i came back from daytona and it was stuck almost to h and wouldnt' go down. when i stop at a light or something it goes down, i think i need a new radiator , the 1.5L old radiator cant handle it i don't think... that or the temperature sensor is messed up or reading wrong since the larger engine is in the smaller bay, i dunno, but it scoots.

yeah.... they put the engine in the car in one day, hooked everything up the next. www.racingworks.com

my SVOs engine is going to be finished shortly. ill let you guys know how long it takes to swap it. i hope for a one-day job. i had a bit on a problem racing, involving a broken fuel injector harness...  bye bye, cylinder #1 piston!

soooo.....what engine did you swap in there? did i miss that post?
i always wanted to put an integra GS-R engine in my civic EX coupe, then maybe even t/c or s/c it. but, i wrecked the car and decided to trade it in on the SVT after it got fixed.
