Demon it is good to see your times coming down. I went to the track a couple of weeks ago also but could not improve on my best time. I made a few small mods since last fall but with the temp being 92 and humidity 95% my car would do no better than 14.70's @94mph. I don't feel to bad though since 2.24 was my best 60 foot for the day and that is 2 tenths off what the car did the last few times at the track. To those who think the MTX 75 is so fragile I have made at least 40 passes at the track leaving well above four thousand rpm using the stock clutch, stock CV's and drag radials and haven't broken anything yet. The most important thing is to replace the stock differential with the Quaife or Torsen. I am actually considering using slicks at the track because the car spins so bad in first, even with the Quaife and drag radials these cars really aren't very good for drag racing.
