I wouldn't do it daily. OBD-II has been shown to actually improve it for a short period of time after reset.
I normally end up doing mine once a month (sometimes sooner) Always changing something.
However with a custom chip & A/F control you take a large portion of the PCM adjustability out of the picture at WOT
