As far as I know that is a dealer installed option. I haven't seen another like it; most have the 3rd light, the center support, or both. I'm typically not such a big fan of 3rd lights in the spoiler, especially when there is one in the rear deck also. Luckily this spoiler has no such light which is why it's still on there.
Unlike other spoilers this one doesn't seem to ruin the lines of the car, that being said I probably wouldn't go out and put one on just to have one. I quite like the naked trunk look.
