The rear bushings are very easy to replace.
You will just need simple hand tools (socket set) and some marine grease to lube the new polyurethane bushings.

You will not need an alignment because of this. However you should probably get one anyway. Seems the front end only holds a good alignment for maybe 2 years, but that's another story.
