Nope. Those are the yellows. Only the springs were "red." The reds are not top-knob adjustable. The yellows are. (Plus that yellow paint is pretty much a giveaway :p )

However, I stand corrected, in part. If you follow the link below and look up "Ford Amerika" Contour, you'll find only the "Sports" or "Yellows." But under "Ford Europa" there are some "Reds" part numbers for some of the Mondeos.
