Well, if they are already to bolt on the car, as in assembled, without need of spring compressor, it might be worth it to bolt them on.
If you are getting loose springs and struts, I'd go with new struts so you don't pay for or do the same labor any sooner than you have to.
Of course the other question you need to ask yourself is how deep is your wallet today?
