I can vouch for the SVT exhaust, I had one on my old car (95 mystique) and it sounded damn good, deep and not too loud, it also shaved a couple tenths off my 1/4 mile and really helped high-end pull. A borla would give a bit better gains and sound deep but a bit louder. For a vid of a 2.5L cougar with a borla check
