IMHO:

Inner/outer tie rods: Outers are easy and don't require additional teardown. Change when needed or if seal is broken/torn. I'm not sure about the inners?

Sway bar end links: Can be replaced without any other teardown needed.

Front control arms: Unless they are worn, too expensive to replace at 1/2 life.

Check the lower ball joint seals and replace the joints if the seals are cracked/torn.
