There are some wrecked cars in the classifieds on the main page. You can get new parts from Bill Jenkins on here. Corey can get you the lowering springs ($225, IIRC for the B&G Autobahans). Contact Chris Hightower for the pre-98 SVT bumper cover. The 98+ bumper cover will not fit your car.
I have delt with Tirerack, and Luke for my tires for my truck. I haven't delt with any other websites for wheels/tires except for some info.
