I am wanting to lower my car and was thinking about going with some KYB struts. I heard there a pretty good and better then OEM and not too much money. Does anyone have anything bad to say about these struts? I was going to match them up with a set of H & R springs,.
Thanks Mat

I have heard/read that the KYB's available to us are pretty soft, or similar to OEM. Especially with the H&R's, I'd guess you'd be happier with a stiffer strut, such as Spax or the BAT euro struts.
There are people here running KYB's, though, with Eibach, and they'd be better to give you some firsthand experience.

Last I heard the SPAX were also just stock replacements! Koni's and BAT are made to handle higher rebound springs!

Higher rebound springs are anything not stock, IE H&R, Eibach, GC's, Intrax.
BAT Struts are the only alternative to Konis. They are unlabeled but have been rumored to be Bilstein's on vaction!

In Europe I believe they do but they aren't allowed to be sold here as Bilsteins. BAT Technically is allowed to tell us who makes there struts. When Bilstein was guessed they didn't say no! -Andy
