I just got back from taking my C SVT for a lil drive after installing BAT struts (not springs) and the ride was great. I never knew it could feel this good.

Hello GSVT, are these teamed to your stock springs? I am looking for a more compliant ride then my 96 SE springs and while I want better handling, I don't want a harsh ride. Which Struts did you get? Please comment on the differences between the two. Thanks Ed

Struts do not lower ride height, springs do.

Amen, I'm glad someone else understands the role of springs and shocks in this world.

Actually, high pressure gas shocks can actually lift you a bit over stock, but I don't know if this happens to us or not, or if the effect goes away after a while.

I kept my original springs instead of getting the BAT Kit, which includes -25mm lowing springs. The ride quality is sweet. During turn, and feels like an indy car. You don't feel like your in a f-16 making turns, and you need to get your knee pads out. It's just a great feeling, along with a thicker sway bar. Also, you don't feel your self being pushed forward during stops. The car remains more parellel to the ground, instead of dipping
