You could have a damaged tire, a bent rim, bearing problems, etc. Try putting the rear tire on the front and see if the vibration still originates from the same place. If the vibration comes from the same place and you know the replacement wheel/ tire is good, then you know the tire/wheel you moved can be eliminated as the source of the problem. Check the brake rotors for damage and lateral runout. Excessive lateral runout will cause vibration seperate from the wheel/tire combo. If that isn't it, check the bearings and CV shaft. It's a process of elimination. Hope this helps.
