Sure, if you have the cash, anything is possible.

The escape uses 5 lugs but I'm not sure if the dimensions for the Hubs are the same.

Would the Escape be the best choice?

It's the closest 5-lug relative the Contique/Cougar has. I'm not saying it will work but it might be worth looking at.

I've been looking at this and I think the Escapes front and the Tarus rear would work. The Escapes rear is totaly different than our and the Taurus is more of a similar design.

Also I've spoke to SVT about this and they said that I should get the hub redrilled and to use F150 lugs that are stronger. But I think I would feel safer replacing the whole hub...

Im suprised that SVT would even suggest that. But then again I doubt they like the idea of one of their cars having a 4 lug setup since they are used to the 5 lug.

Why?

With the SVT Focus gaining popularity, wheel choices are getting better by the day.

I don't see the pro's of going to 5-lug being worth the hassle and money.

Stang is RWD, you can't use most wheels designed for RWD on a FWD car, the offset is all wrong. It's the reason why you don't see "deep dish" wheels on a FWD car.
