Bushings are cheap! Under $10 for the sway bar bushings if you decide to go with PolyUr
simple to change, make sure car is even while you undo two bolts and then change out the bushings.
I would buy some nice synthetic marine grease at Wal-mart for $2 in the auto section and slather up your bushings to see if that cures your problem.
