i had to replace rear struts and asked ford svt dealer re: suspension changes for 99 vs 98.5 vs 98. for some reason they said there were no changes yet reports said there were (?). the ford catalogue showed only one replacement # for all model svt model years. i called two svt dealers and they said the same. i went with stock b/c they suit me the majority of the time. they charged me $90/strut only. i've read somewhere that changing front and/or rear sway bars alone would help. any comments?
