No mean to rain on your parade, but Terry has been developing replacement bushings for the 95-early 98 (horizontal) style arms for a while now. These wouldn't just be bushings, but a rebuilt arm with a new ball joint (worth replacing anyway). BATinc has also released their A-arm replacements, though I'm not sure they are much different from stock.
Good luck in your design and ventures though, I'm sure some may want the bushings, but I still want some vibration absorbed. It does make for a low-cost alternative though. I applaud your efforts.
