I did this research on my 1998 SE sport before I bought the BAT Kit. SE and SVT springs are common; Rear struts on SVT were different ( more rebound damping) and the SVT has a 1mm smaller Front sway ( 19 vs 20) for reduced understeer. I am not sure about the earlier cars though I have heard the early SE's were stiffer than the new ones. Good Luck
